"Staff on check in were super helpful and very nice. Hotel was clean, they offered breakfast, had laundry (very helpful since we had been traveling awhile), walkable and very close to downtown shops, restaurants. Would definitely come stay again "

"Our family had a great stay at the Ashland Springs. There were eight of us staying in three different rooms, and had many quiet places to gather on the grounds there. The grounds and rooms were clean and lovely, and we enjoyed exploring the many places there to relax. Their staff was efficient and friendly. We have stayed at many hotels in Ashland, and this was our favorite. We will definitely book here again."

"We had the greatest time at this hotel! The staff were the absolute best at tending to every detail and every need with speed, care and a happy and smiling face. "It was a very nice getaway experience in the wilderness lol! The cabin was nice and spacious and it would be good to share with families or friends. The lady at front desk is super nice and helped us a lot with our late check-in. There is a cafe around the property, which is very convenient given that they are in the forests!!"

"A lovely little motel, friendly welcome. Had no issues with cleanliness as mentioned in some reviews. We stayed a night on the way to Crater Lake, the outside seating area looked nice, but we didn’t have time to use this. Comfortable beds. You are on a main road, so do get traffic noise early morning. My only gripe was no blackout curtains, but overall a great stay. "

"What a beautiful property! We stayed in one of the “cabins” (we did not rough it - they are very luxe!), which was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The lodge is adorable and the grounds gorgeous. All staff were friendly, helpful, customer-focused and seemed to take pride in their jobs. The generous complimentary appetizers, warm cookies and s’more kits by the fire pit were fantastic. The included breakfast was on par with Comfort Suites or Holiday Inn Express. Our only disappointment was...

"An absolutely charming place to stay. Beautiful historic building with lush decor. Lots of unique touches and lovely atmosphere. Great peaceful neighborhood with nearby amenities and very quick walk to the centre of Ashland. If I was forced to suggest any improvements I'd love a slightly later checkout time. But this isn't a deal breaker. Can't wait to stay again."
