"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. "
