"Our short stay in Carcassonne was extremely pleasant and comfortable at Hôtel Le Donjon. The parking arrangements are very convenient, the rooms comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our only issue was the shower didn't have a screen attached that actually stopped the water from going all over the floor. A minor detail that could be easily fixed. Apart from that I would definitely book Hôtel Le Donjon again."

"Breakfast was healthy. Fresh fruit, ham boiled eggs, natural juices, yogurts,variety of breads, cereal. Bathroom was modernized, shower was excellent, towels fluffy and thick. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful for site seeing information. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."
