"Clean room but they charge for daily cleaning. Most of the staff was great. Had problems with room keys not working repeatedly. The plug in receptacles in the besides lamps were worn out and did not charge our phones. We didnt notice until the next night. Had two rooms and all four lamps had the same issue. "

"El Hotel cumplió con lo que buscábamos para nuestro viaje, pudimos dejar nuestro carro , ellos nos dejaron en el aeropuerto y así mismo nos recogieron cuando estábamos ya de regreso. Atención excelente habitación limpia y el lugar en aseo estaba excelente. No comí así que no sé sobre su desayuno. De resto todo fue 10/10. "

"Staff were mean and rude, we tried using the dining table at the lobby. They told us to leave just because we are carrying food from somewhere even though we bought coffee and fruits from the dining area. I paid almost $600 for my 2 days stay and I’m not allowed to use dining tables to eat? They did not even provide microwave inside the room the reason why we are in the lobby to find a place to warm our food and eat"
