"Fast, friendly check in, arrived early and were given a better room than we had booked and were allowed access immediately, which was great as it was really raining. Right in the centre of warwick, walking distance to everything, but it was monday and loads of shops and restaurants were shut which was disappointing but still found some great pubs and a brilliant thai restaurant."

"This place deserves 5 stars but the wifi in the room sadly let it down, I was told it can be unstable and that the best place to access was in reception which is not really ideal. Everything else was fantastic, the facilities were top class loved my swim, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. The room was spotless and elegantly decorated and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking en site. Grounds look lovely but haven't explored."

"A good hotel in the right location for what we needed. Our room was a little dark as limited lights and faced other rooms almost directly opposite and in close proximity but otherwise no complaints. Breakfast was decent too. "

"Luckily I had a refurbished room… someone was complaining about his room when I got there. Lady on reception was lovely and the restaurant staff were very very nice. "

"Room was well presented and clean. Breakfast - dirty cups, lack of crockery and floor areas not swept after others had eaten (food on floor). Toaster requires replacing. "
