"Something else. My room (#132A) was clean, quiet and peaceful, but the 7 days I stayed at your resort the maintenance engineer was not able to fix the A/C. Actually he really didn’t try. There were other issues as well. I reported the problems but the front desk clerk nor the maintenance engineer seem to care.
