We also were woke up around 8am by knocking on the door, and again 10 mins later - nobody could tell us why or who was doing it. We had breakfast which was across the road and felt hurried by staff. On return to the room the key card didn’t work, we went to reception for a new key, again this didn’t work, had to go back again and the staff didn’t seem remotely bothered. The hotel...

"We like the ParkPlaza Riverside, our 2nd visit there, this time we stayed 5 days. We love the location, we had a great room with a view of the Thames and Westminster. "A friend and I booked a family annex room for a weekend away for our special birthdays. The room was ideal because we both had our own space, sleeping area and bathroom but the safety of being in the same room - much better than separate adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet was good, there was a decent choice...
