I do think the property does need updating a little and it would have been nice if the hot tub had been filled on arrival, the hot tub also needs a cover as unless you like cold feb rain wouldn’t have been enjoyable. "Everything expected and more for a short break in York. Wonderfully appointed location, few minutes walking and ypu are in the heart of historic York. Serenity Inn the City matched tge description and photographs posted, excellent communication from the owner. "

"0 stars if possible very rude host when asked when I will receive my deposit the host rudely told me to read the policy on the booking which states deposit is returned within 7 working days after checking out well it’s been over 2 weeks and the host excuse is they’re “busy with other customers” very very poor service and it might as well be a scam"
