"Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Zimmer genügend gross. Meiner Meinung nach jedoch für den Komfort den das Hotel bietet überteuert. War das teuerste Hotel während meiner Ferien aber nicht unbedingt auch das Beste. Für den Preis könnte wenigstens das Frühstück inbegriffen sein. Ist es aber nicht. Hotel Anlage ist zudem recht gross, so dass man im Restaurant mit Wartezeit rechnen muss. Reservierung im Restaurant nicht möglich. Das ist...

"Rooms were decent, they only clean if you let them know in advance. Could use a few upgrades like smart TV’s or better A/C. Set up was like an 80’s hotel. Location wise it’s perfect and for the price can’t really complain. "

"Everything was great except security in parking lot as I kept seeing people (people who are arguing/fighting, homeless, drunk people) who did not make me feel safe to have my vehicle there. Also when we were waiting on an elevator to check out really close to 11 (busiest time of a day), housekeepers were using elevators customers use with a cleaning cart, we waited 15mins or so to be able to get into an elevator. They should have their own elevator(s) elsewhere. "

"Banff is wonderful. The room was just a place to rest, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has an odd layout, and getting to the room was atypical. Only thing missing was an open window. The hotel did provide fans in the room. "

"This hotel was great! The restaurant was yummy, the hot pool was perfect after a long day of hiking and biking. Super close to bus stops but also walkable into the city. Bed and pillows were comfy. No complaints here. "
