"Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. "The building is run down the hotel had semi permanent residents who looked like they were waiting for interviews with the government for residency in this country also families who must be waiting for social housing cars were being repaired on the carpark area kids running riot it seems more like a block of unloved flats. We didn't get out of the car couldn't see any signs for reception my partner was completely disheartened by the sight before her and was adamant that she would not stay there...

"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "
