"Overall room was average, we upgraded so expected bigger and better. Some furnishings were broken and needed attention. Shower pressure was a trickle. Lobby was impressive, breakfast service very good. Location good for shops and Hyde park. Concierge staff were lovely and very attentive however reception staff a bit cold. However I would stay again as issues did not spoil our trip and only critic is an honest review."

"We stayed at The Clermont for three nights and really enjoyed it. The building is beautiful, and we loved the design and architecture both inside and out. Our room was roomy and very clean. The housekeeping was outstanding: one day the housekeeper had already finished cleaning our corridor, but she came back especially to clean our room too. That kind of care says a lot about the staff. The location is perfect as well, right at Victoria station, so the Tube is a minute away and Buckingham Palace...

"Excellent location. So close to the Elizabeth Line Tube to get to and from Heathrow. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was small but the usual expected size for central London. Very clean bathroom and bedding. I had a safe and decent sized TV with several stations. There was a stain in the carpet which lowered my ratings. Other to that, it was great. It was very quiet and had excellent heating. The bathroom floor was heated, too. I would stay there again."

"I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces!
Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows.
The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp.
I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change...

"Room overlooked green space and had big windows from which I could feel draught even when window and curtains were closed. Room has high ceiling and was cold. Restaurant not open during evening so advised receptionist room to was cold. Told to adjust radiator which I’d already tried. On arrival in room bathroom door was locked so asked cleaner in room next door if she could open it. She managed to open it using the teaspoon from drinks area! Room could have been slightly warmer on arrival and bar menu a little more variety but forced me to wander out for dinner which is no bad thing."
