El personal del hotel ya tenía conocimiento de la situación, pero cada vez que reclamábamos nos indicaban que iban a revisarlo y no se solucionaba nada, aparentemente solo para ganar tiempo. Pasamos una noche completa sin aire acondicionado. La siguiente noche la situación se volvió insoportable por el calor, y después de insistir varias veces finalmente lograron cambiarnos de habitación a las 12 de la noche. Consideramos que hubo una falta de atención y de respuesta adecuada, ya que sabían del problema y no actuaron a tiempo, afectando nuestro descanso y la calidad de nuestra estadía"

"This was the third time my family and I vacationed here. We love that this property accommodates for larger families and you can obtain a house rather just a hotel room. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and considering how large this property is they do a great job of maintaining it. Food at the restaurants is excellent and well priced. Beach is clean and because of the retaining wall the water is always calm. Highly recommend."
