"My wife and i stayed here for our Wedding Anniversary, Monday to today. Excellent staff in particular Reception, Noel & Cheys in Brasserie. Btw the back area needs a few cobwebs cleaning around glass panels, a little off-putting but no big deal. Food excellent, views suberb. Boat trips, Aquarium and steam train on the doorstep. "Newly renovated room. Comfortable bed and quiet place. The only thing is we missed the breakfast as they only serve until 9 am. We thought it’s 10 am like other hotel. LOL. Otherwise it’s really good stay and will definitely come back again. "

"Free parking, lovely place, however the room advertised that I booked was not the room we were given, but still a very nice room non the less. 10 minute walk away not the centre for food and drinks, great seating facilities inside and outside of the property with a great view.
