"Staff exemplary. Location perfect. Bed slightly hard. If you are a senior getting in and out of the bathtub/shower is a little dangerous as the configuration of it is high. Delicious cookies supplied to have with coffee. I would stay here again."

"Rooms were clean, location was great only a 1 min walk from water taxi which was really convenient, 4 min walk to all the high end shopping, and close to restaurants. Only complaint is the air conditioner worked but was a little weak."

"This was such a wonderful experience and convenient to everything San Marco Piazza!! It is one small canal and bridge detached from the piazza. The rooms are relatively sound proof except for the big concerts that took place while I was there. All comforts were met including a bottle of Prosecco chilled in an ice bucket when I arrived. The restaurant was very good as well and I went for a veal liver dinner that was wonderful. A truly wonderful Venice hotel and location!!"

"Great spot close to San Marco. Getting there is a bit rough but I think that’s the case for all hotels in Venice. The breakfast is great and our room was very spacious. It was insanely hot but the AC was blasting when we got there."
