"We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

"I really enjoyed my stay here. It was almost perfect apart from the AC being a bit too weak and the water quality and tempreture regulation not being great. "This is our 3rd stay here in a year. We love it so much. The only issues we ever have surround the bathroom. Faucets brown, tub faucets broken/rusted/leaking, shower will not keep constant pressure or temperature. If you were to maintain the bath areas this would be a huge thing for us. We have been down with large groups all 3 times with everyone complaining about room bathrooms. Everything else on the property is phenomenal!!! "
