"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!"

"The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun. We enjoyed volleyball, live music, bike ride into Akumal and other shows put on by the entertainment team. There was always something to do if you wanted to be interactive. Jose was our pool...

"Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities.
