"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"Loved the stay as we got married at this resort 15 years ago. I did let them know about our anniversary but nothing was mentioned from them, little disappointing. Also the ladies at the front that talked us into going to talk about a time share was a bad experience. They told us and hour and a half took 3 hours of our day plus travel. They lied about why we were going they and didn’t tell me what it was. Staff at the resort were really good. It’s very clean."

"Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. "

"Overall, it was a nice resort with nice staff. Cons: Their salespeople hit you up right at the main desk trying to get you to go to a one hour timeshare pitch. They literally hunt you down. I paid our building butler/concierge $20 to have him get rid of them. Don't pay for ocean side. You might think that means you'll have a view of the ocean, but you won't. There is a significant growth of trees between the buildings and the ocean. All you will get for your trouble is the awful smell of...

"I am really not sure why/how this hotel is rated exceptional, but it is far from it! It is totally outdated and bathroom is terrible. The hotel was deserted (not sure why), the beach was small and rocky; TV didn’t work and is a super small; AC either blasted high or low and the controls didn’t work. Even despite being given the best room in hotel, these were issues. Saving grace was view of ocean from room, but low value for the high price! Disappointed!!"

"Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. Only complaints (and hate to complain about paradise, but if this means a lot to you) was that sick sick? What’s going on? Yeah does anyone at home now?
