"Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) "The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. "We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"
