"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...

"Our stay at Kippal was fabulous! The building is just 3 years old and everything was spotless. (We never saw a single insect in our suite - - a real accomplishment in the warm climate of Mexico!) The pool area on the roof was so beautiful - - a great place to watch the sunset after a day of diving. The hot breakfast every morning was also really great, and the staff was super attentive.
