"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in and assisted with the “keyless” entry. Please be aware that seniors need a little extra time to process the technology! "The single room I booked was perfect for what I needed. Hot tea kettle, warm shower and a heater for when it got chilly. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was also great as it was close enough to all the sights you may want to see but being close to Kensington Gardens made it ideal for a morning stroll. I would stay here again.."

"Great hotel for the price. Location is excellent. The hotel is funky because it's spread across 6 non-contiguous townhouses. My king room was very clean and quiet, and the air conditioning/ heat was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was relatively large. Downside is that they clean the rooms every other day and there was no desk to sit at, chair or bench to sit on or a place to put your suitcase (besides on the floor).
