"A few inconveniences/inconsistencies. 1 the room sold on here states 1 king bed and 1 double bed. That is false it was only a queen bed. Showers have no doors so the bathroom door frame was rotting due to the water. Yes the property was clean but needed some much needed TLC on small things. Oh side note an extra 20 Euros just to check into a vacant room 1-2 hrs early is crazy. The room was empty and already clean. Honestly there are better airports nearby to LHR go to them!!"

"The staff in this hotel are excellent, starting from the front door. Room is very comfortable but you might ask to avoid the ground-floor handicapped accessible room if you have paid for a Deluxe room because the bathroom is less than ideal (as it must be in an accessible room). Even though this was a disappointment, the staff were super-pleasant .
Excellent gym. All new Technogym equipment.
Restaurant is pretty good, although if you are used to the normal serving order in a Japanese...

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...
