"The room was clean functional elevator was not working front desk agent program my key for one day instead of two days $100 deposit had to be paid in card not cash. Luckily I had cash on me. Should’ve been communicating a little bit better."

Valet staff had difficulty managing departures and arrivals which led to damage to my car; many cars were parked in front of hotel when we arrived - damage most likely occurred ..."
