"First of all, the staff was amazing, not one single rude person on the resort. Special thank you to all the staff at the La Caretta, for some reason I cannot leave their names per Expedia... but the entire staff was so great. Wonderful, loving staff, took very good care of us. The ladies at the Royal check in, I failed to get their names, but I hope they are recognized as they made the check in so smooth and so sweet. Now about the resort.
