"We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … "

"Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms...

"Un hotel con una excelente ubicacion 10\10 a 5 minutos del muelle, centro, restaurantes y enfrente de una megacomercial (para poder ir a compara lo necesario). La poca playa que tiene es suficiente para poder tomar el sol, el mar o alberca natural que se forma es genial, nos encanto. las habitaciones comodas, amplias y con lo necesario. Es un hotel rustico y creo que necesita remodelacion en baños (algo que es costoso) pero sin problema regresaria al mismo hotel sin dudarlo."

"Fue horrible, no tienen agua caliente, el agua
tenia arena, una habitación me la cambiaron 3 veces, la primera no servia el mini split, la segunda se transparentaba el vidrio del baño y no tenia persianas en las ventanas, la tercera no bajaba el baño y tenia tina de hidromasaje el cual no servia y tenia el agua estancada y llena de moscos. Encontramos chicles pegados, la verdad muy mala experiencia "
