"el hotel es un lugar muy agradable, la habitación muy bonita y las camas super confortables, agua caliente y fría en la ducha, la alberca super limpia al igual que el jacuzzi y toda el area de la terraza invita al descanso y la relajación además de una vista hermosa. El personal muy atento y amable, en fin todo excelente. Además esta muy bien ubicado el hotel pues alrededor encuentras centros comerciales, farmacias, oxxos, restaurantes, bares y fondas y hasta te puedes ir caminando a la playa...

"Si eres una persona activa físicamente, no tienes opciones. La oferta deportiva es prácticamente nula. El gimnasio está muy limitado, como que no le han dado suficiente importancia. Tampoco hay otras actividades deportivas, se ven canchas de tenis pero no pertenecen a la propiedad. La limpieza es buena, el personal en lo general es muy amable. La comida es buena, lástima que no cuentan con un buffet para desayunar, antes lo había y era muy bueno, ahora ya no existe esa opción. Hay un mini súper...

"We were supposed to be at Zoho but unfortunately we were not. The week before we arrived Moxybnb switched us to Deck 12 they said the apartment in zoho was under repair. Although we appreciate having a place to stay the move was definitely a downgrade. Week 2 we are at Zoho and it’s a very nice facility "

"The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people "

"The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. "

Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool...

"Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here"
