"Even though there is obvious work going on at the hotel, the room was quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of choice. Even had veggie sausages which ive not seen before. We had a free room upgrade which was a ni e surprise. The staff were pleasant and polite. Highly recommended. "

"It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. "I stayed a couple of nights on business and the hotel was the perfect location. The room and bed were both large and comfortable and the pool and sauna facilities were great after a day's work. "Stayed on the outskirts of Chester parked the car and used the park and ride service which is very close to the hotel. The service is excellent and saves using the car as Chester is busy. There is an Asda shop 2 minutes away at the garage for papers etc if needed. We found the hotel easy to get to and was great to return home due to location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was fine. Enjoyable break. "
