"Fantastic property. Beautiful beach and always a friendly staff member to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you... Not many restaurants around and the ones that are seemed pricey. We went to th grocery store and made great ise of th in room kitchens and bbq under the gazebo... Great fun. "

"We enjoyed a lot our stay there ! All the staff was so very nice and Anny and Carlos from the front desk were AMAZING ! Super convenient with the beach across the street also having the bus stop so close it’s so easy to move around ! We definitely coming back and super recommended !"

"Great value for the price. Cute 2 story hotel on the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Pool and onsite restaurant were good. Bed was very comfortable. Included fridge, microwave, desk, and nice porch. Access to beach chairs and umbrellas was included."

"We stayed one night before our cruise. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for the night. The common areas for guests were also clean. You could borrow beach chairs or a cooler if needed. The beach is just a short walk down the street. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe in the area. The breakfast was included and was great! There were also snacks, water and coffee, tea etc accessible all day. A great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area."

"Beautiful beach, goood good the price was definitely right! Would come back. Had aome issues getting locked in my room- staff couldnt get door knob off so i used knife on bottle opener. Locked in since night before. I didnt ask, but if it weee one of my properties, i would have compensated somehow. Woukd come back! Friendly Staff - could habe a little more motivation for some of them. Overall worth the $!"

"Very friendly staff and very afforadable. Walking Distance from one of the best beaches with beautiful sunsets. Glad there was free coffee throughout the stay. And only a 15 minute drive from Old San Juan and the SJU airport. Perfect for small trips."
