"The whole stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the check in process was super fast and easy. All staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff, and especially the entertainment crew were 10/10. Nati, our housekeeper was great. The host at the beach restaurant, Laura, was spectacular. Again, the entertainment crew was incredible, shot out to honey, hot chocolate and specially Panda. This is our 6th time visiting majestic resorts and we will definitely be back. "

"Favorite resort in Punta Cana. Short drive there, great food, well maintained. Been to 6 other resorts and Joia is the best for us. Average age is probably 50, but we like that. No stupid stuff by the pool ruining the vibe, people have respect for other travelers. Nice change from other less laidback resorts. Not for the 21-35 crowd. "

"The room was clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Food was delicious. Beach was gorgeous... sandy, warm water. Easy to get around the resort. You are able to visit shops at the other Majestic resorts. "
