"My family really enjoyed stay at Bali Dynasty Resort hotel. Kids friendly restaurants were very helpful for us because we have a 4-year old boy. "とても良い滞在期間を過ごせました。どのレストランもクオリティが高く（Okuなどは日本と比べても高いレベルの創作和食）、インルームダイニングも楽しめる内容でした（サテやとんこつラーメンは本格的）。プールは複数あり、ホテル内で十分に楽しめました。 また施設は素晴らしく、子どものケアなども安心できる環境でした。クリーニングなど急ぎのお願いも対応いただけ、ルームの清掃やのクオリティや頻度など満足でした。 ただ一泊目に屋外で夜の9時過ぎまでビーチイベントが開催されておりかなりの騒音でした。立て続けにポップスが大音量で流されていて雰囲気を壊していました。 また案内された部屋で別のお客と間違えてサービスを提供されたり、利用していな日の分のカバナと食事についてサインを求められるなど、連携ミスがありました。"
