The Italian restaurant was getting ready to open on the last day of our stay. I expected more from a resort of its caliber. We were made aware that we would have a concierge for our entire stay. "Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. "

"My only problem with the resort was the SHUTTLE....THE SHUTTLE THE SHUTTLE takes forever sometimes. I have to walk around this 20 miles resort or much larger. Gosh other then that. It is georgous. "
