"We had a gorgeous Bungalow Suite which was perfect for my husband and me and our 9month old. My only complaint was they need new playpens. The board piece that the baby lays on was all broken so that you could feel the metal rail under it. How uncomfortable. The staff did find me a piece of foam to use but that woud be unsafe for a younger baby. I spoke to another mom there and she had the same problem.
