"What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. Every where I went I saw staff and mangers alike working together and asking if we needed anything. On Sunday, when there was a checkout crunch, the Valet was slammed and had a line. "We stayed there for our daughter’s birthday gift, AJR concert. The Hotel & Staff were so nice and courteous! The room was very clean and equipped! The restaurant, 99 Hops House staff and breakfast were AMAZING!!! The Amphitheater staff were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make the night & birthday one to remember!!!!"

"This is the second time I've stayed here this year, and again I am 100% satisfied. The people (especially Quincy and Doris) are so helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Definitely family friendly. If I find myself in St. Louis again, this is where I will stay."

"It was overall a good stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Elevators sound like they need renovations. Room could be slightly cleaner but overall pretty solid. Ice machine weren’t working on my floor "
