"The staff weren’t entirely helpful. They force a membership on you that starts at $20k. The food and bottled water had us sick and bedridden for a good few days out of our trip. Found my lock on my suitcase Overall extremely poor experience."

"An amazing adults only resort. The food is amazing, the staff and the activities. Watch the sargassum season so you can enjoy the sea as well."

"Great service"

"This hotel was beautiful I’ve stayed at both family and adult side I recommend the family side for entertainment and the adult side for relaxation"

"Great place to stay. Constant parties, food and drinks ok (shots only for me) too much sugar, club was nice as well but closed at 1 on Friday and Saturday and everyone kind of got pushed to casino. Beach was a vibe especially beach party, small amount of seaweed but was cleaned so no worries. Definitely would recommend this place and possibly will consider going back! Download app to keep up with the theme nights so you can be prepared"

Both rooms were dirty, with stained bedding/floors and ants in the bathroom and even inside the hair dryer. We have photos documenting everything. When we requested a replacement dryer, a staff member picked the...

"The property surpassed our expectations. Both the staff and property were amazing! From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were treated like royalty! Would return in a heartbeat!"
