"We stayed in room 17, parrot room. Very large space. TV was obscured by 4 poster bed frame, would be better above mantle. The room is by the front door, and the room above must be wooden floored as we heard a lot of footsteps/lpud thuds on the ceiling. We paid £3 for a parking permit for the W zone, but didnt find a parking space so ended up at the leisure centre - 10 min walk away Bed was comfy, but very soft. Pillows need replacing. "A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff.
