"We had an overnight stop here with teenage grandchildren. The hotel is beautifully situated on Windermere with lovely well-tended gardens and seating areas, which were appreciated on a hot day. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the fact that we were given a suite in which they had their own large bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. The only headache was not knowing where to stop and park on check-in. Parking for hotel guests is beyond the aquarium."

Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold options. The only thing we found was the toaster took a while to toast the bread. The staff were again very pleasant and the food was served hot and quickly. There is a nice bar and area, also there is a lovely outside seating tovtake in the view.
