"Apart from our room on the first night being totally unacceptable after that we had a wonderful stay. Expedia should make sure the rooms are duitable before passing to the customer. We had a disabled single room. Very sparsely furnished. No bedside table no decent hanging space poor lighting no dressing table no drawers a very dim window which didn’t open. The bathroom was unusable due to the disgusting smell. Fortunately the hotel moved us to a lovely new room with all facilities. I cannot...

"I have stayed here about half a dozen times over the last three years as I have family nearby. It is a nice hotel, and I will stay there again. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. The only downside is that the WiFi has been very patchy on my last two visits. "
