"Apart from our room on the first night being totally unacceptable after that we had a wonderful stay. Expedia should make sure the rooms are duitable before passing to the customer. We had a disabled single room. Very sparsely furnished. No bedside table no decent hanging space poor lighting no dressing table no drawers a very dim window which didn’t open. The bathroom was unusable due to the disgusting smell. Fortunately the hotel moved us to a lovely new room with all facilities. I cannot...

"We stayed during your renovation period which reduced the use of facilities but in no way reduced our enjoyment of this lovely hotel. Our room and bathroom were superb, it's right in the city but not in a noisy area, the renovations look like it will be an amazing place to stay and it's brilliant that this beautiful building will remain as a hotel.
