"Best experience if you want to have Choose the hilton. Very clean, happy positive environment and clean rooms. Enjoy pool, beach and drinks and most important food. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Clean pools and clean towels available all the time. Wifi works 24*7 everywhere on the property. Thanks Hilton for such a great experience"

"Everything is good but be careful for the package sales. It’s not worthy to buy at all."

"Very clean resort. Friendly staff. We came as a large group and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sensira. The amenities, pools, and beach were phenomenal. Lots of fun activities for the kids. We will be back yearly."

"It was a great experience there in Occidental Costa Cancun. Staff are all good, friendly. Rooms are clean and served well. Breakfast and lunch including dinner are also excellent."

"This resort was a 100/10 ! Staff was amazing and accommodating. They literally clean your room MULTIPLE times a day and even put nighttime decor and chocolates in your pillow . The SpongeBob wake up call is Soo cute ! The water park was so much fun and the slime activity is worth the $80 USD! The food at ALL the restaurants were 10/10 ! The in room filled fridge and snacks were a plus ! 24/7 room service and each room has a pool connected and 2 full bathrooms."

"Very friendly staff, they clearly work hard. The property was also beautiful. Beach wasn’t the best at times - almost no one was in the water. Food could’ve been better. Biggest complaint I had was the immediate sales pitch when we checked in after a long travel day, sales pitch didn’t stop then either."
