"The hotel was really disappointing. We were 3 girls and paid for a triple room. When checking in they said we couldn’t have a 2 bed room and only one-bed rooms were available. However, doble bed would be available if upgrading (paying $400 extra). That was the general experience, you have to pay extra for everything, the beds at the pool, the good cuts at the restaurants, the cokes at the fridge. "The staff were very nice and had fun with the activities. The only issue was at the end they asked to pay 23$ USD to clean sheets due to abit of hair dye stains and that has never happened at any all inclusive stay and as well some alcohol we had to pay even though theres no higher upgrade from our all inclusive bracelet. Otherwise, the beach was always maintained clean from the seaweeds and its a nice cozy stay."
