"Our stay overall was ok, but there are a few details missing. Let’s start with the PROS: the staff was great! Super friendly specially at the front desk, very helpful, smiling all the time. "The all-inclusive hotel was generally well appointed and well organized. We had some difficulties with the dinner reservation process. The atmosphere was very family friendly, and the waterpark offerings were exceptional."
