"Breakfast is a bit mediocre a nd lack variety"

"Quite and clean, nice comfortable bed. Good well lit car motorcycle parking."

"Trouble with our hot water and shower bathroom black mould at a very unhealthy level Housekeeping was lovely and helpful so was most of the staff one woman in reception was quite rude to me when I enquired nicely about the shower being hard to use We won't be back it was not cheap for us and the experience for us was very dissapointing. I have an auto immune condition and are currently on tablet form chemotherapy and the black mould can trigger a serious health flair for me as I have a...

"We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast."

"Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste."

The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."

We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto...

"Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle."

"Yeah"

Firstly when booking, it revealed there was parking onsite but on getting there, it was a disaster with no parking facility, driving around the areas to secure my car, terrible atmosphere from the entrance, unprofessional staff with zero skill that had no idea about the parking facility. Eventually, my husband had to book another hotel immediately to which was unplanned for our safety. I can never recommend this type of hotel...

"Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking."
