"The parking lot is small so , try to get a place by arriving not so late. We arrived very late , maybe 11pm - 12am , but SOMEONE left the key at the front desk with a note, we never saw anyone because we left the hotel very early in the morning, it was nice , we stayed at a basement room tho "

"The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. The receptionist made us very welcome and allowed us to enter our room 2 hours earlier than the normal check-in time. We did have dinner on the first night of our stay and was very pleased with not only the food we were served but also the service by the waitress and the way she looked after us. "Our stay at Friars Wynde was a treat x Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was warm and had everything you need .Being situated in the city centre makes it easy to access anything and everything you need Overnight was about a 5 minute walk from hotel but hotel has parking at back of hotel to use to take luggage through back entrance. Definitely going to stay there again really enjoyed our stay there ❤️"
