"Excellent staff and facilities "

"Great property and I loved that there wasn’t any carpet. Everything was very clean and it smelled great. The only downside was that both the bathtub and sink were clogged and there were 3 of us in a room so you can imagine how much water it accumulated and it was disgusting. Maintenance couldn’t go because it was already night so we waited until the morning and they fixed everything and it worked great. Great service. "

"I am pleased with our stay at Amelia Hotel at the Beach in Fernandina Beach, FL. The reason for four stars versus five is that the AC in our room did not work consistently. When we contacted the front desk we were told to try turning it on and off; both the thermostat and unplugging the blower from the wall. "The hotel was amazing expect for the bed. Everything was so clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. They brought breakfast to your room. Definitely need more choices on the menu especially for drinks. It was a great price for having a private beach access. Only thing i will say is the bed. Why it was a king and very great hight off the ground it was just stright coils with no foam and very firm. "

"Check in was lovely and Ari was fantastic and very welcoming. The only bummer was the spa pool was not working all the way so it was a little chilly but totally manageable. Would love to extend our stay. "

"Location was great! Close to main beach, Salt life, Fort Clinch and historic downtown. Bed was comfortable, room was ok. $12 to park is absurd!!! Pool had no shade, no tables with umbrellas etc. and still wondering way there was a parking fee!! "

"Excellent location and the hotel staff is friendly and available. It’s a little old which was expected but wish some small updates would be made. I love St Augustine and staying in this hotel it makes it very easy to walk around the beach area. "
