"If I could rate with zero I could. The manager Victor Lopez ( that’s what he said ) did not help at all with all the incidents that happened to us. How to start: it was my 30 birthday and we called many times before coming to the hotel to make sure that the rooms were next to each other (I was traveling with my son, mother and husband) . They promised it would be like this, during the check in time they said that only one room was ready (even if the check in time is at 15h) we were kind enough to say « no worries » we will be back later … surprise surprise they sent my mother 4 floors far from us . The receptionist didn’t want to tell us the truth during the check in time so she just decided to tell us to come back « later « . The tv remote didn’t work at all.. he called and they say they didn’t have another LOL … for the price we paid this hotel isn’t worth it. I recommend staying in another all inclusive and just paying the parks separately. Also… I wouldn’t describe the hotel as all inclusive .. they have many things that aren’t included . Also at night , (midnight) there was a huge noise in the room. We called the reception and they came 40 mins later . The technicien said it was the filter of the pool or sth like that since our room was close to the central . They turned it off like 30 mins later so we finally went to sleep ….. not to forget that we ordered room service and they confirmed our order by calling to the phone and 40 mins later they called to cancel ."

"NOT A LGBT FRIENDLY HOTEL! My boyfriend and I stayed Feb 26- March 3rd. Our experience was just disappointing. We felt neglected and ignored by staff workers at every restaurant. Our final straw was our last night when we had reservations at 9:30 and never received our main entrees and when we asked about them they said the kitchen was closed. Keep in mind they close at 11 so imagine how long we waited for our food. Our server Luis never asked if we wanted another round of drinks or dessert. I went and spoke with the front desk about our entire experience. As we were waiting the night manager Oleg and a security came up to the desk. He called us up and greeted us with our room number. I explained our experience and how we’ve felt very uncomfortable during our stay. He told me and I quote “We have 3 gay people working here and we have no problems.” And then he proceeded to point to the security guard and say “shes gay too” SO UNPROFESSIONAL! After talking in circles he offered to get us room service, which takes 45 min to an hour. So basically he didnt help us with anything or offer anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. To everyone in the community do NOT stay here. "

"loved the hotel, i booked the ocean view and the room was breathtaking. They even had a nespresso machine i was happy. Loved the infinity pool and the slide pool as well. It was a family friendly resort will definitely recommend. The only downside is the beach is not the prettiest other than that the staff is friendly and welcoming. Will consider returning"

Also Ariz and Yhara helped me every step of the way with some recommendations, service, and reservations at the resturants (which were all very good). Very great staff and everyone is so nice! Definitely recommend going here!!"
