"Ocean front room on the 9th floor had an AMAZING view! Room service (all included) was prompt and accurate every time. Maid service came twice a day - once to clean and a second time to turn down the bed and leave chocolates. Lobby bartender made a great gin martini (with Condesa). Enjoyed meals at La Joya, the hibachi grill, and the sushi bar. Hopefully you won't need the hotel doctor on your trip. But we did, and he was outstanding."

"Takh 308 exceeded our expectations! The location was great, the apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Every item was like new, full fridge, well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Our host was always available and accommodating. We would love to stay here again. The top roof swimming pool and ocean /lagoon view are a big plus. And there are no insects, at all :)"

This hotel is in a very quiet peaceful location walking distance to several beaches, as well as night life and shopping. 10 minute walk to Chedraui, the whole foods of Mexico. This place is a gem and often has a crocodile sunning on the float. "

"Great location, asked for a better view and received a complimentary upgrade. If it’s your first time in cancun and you plan on doing excursions and not being at the resort 24/7 this place is a great pick. Lots of restaurants and grocery store nearby so we were able to plan our trip on a budget. Pool was good and the water was calm and no seaweed. Even saw some fish while snorkeling right off the beach. Room was cleaned everyday. Provided lots of water, coffee and even gifted bottles of wine....

Food was good, I especially enjoyed the hot wings and quesadillas at the sports bar!! Drinks were great. Foam pool party was so much fun and The beach was clean. 10/10 for us!
