However, they work hand in hand and things went smoothly. Check your messages in Expedia after booking, to get all the info ahead of time. "

"Nice bed, shower, linens, breakfast, beach. No Netflix or others. Swimming area in the ocean not as pristine as in past years, { been here 5 times }. A/C coolant valve was turned off so first night was too warm in room. Solved. Internet code not available in room so had to go to front desk for it. Overall the place could be better managed, more attention to detail and better organized. We did discuss with management and offered solutions, not just complaints. Overall, we always enjoy our stays...

"The staff make the experience. It started at drop off with the bell staff and the reception team. All are so helpful and sincerely kind. Gonazalo and his female counterpart doing all of the activities did such a great job with volleyball and other fun activities for the adults. It was so easy to stay healthy. Diana in the gym did a great job with classes. Adrian and Wendi, and ALL of the outdoor staff- deserve HUGE shout outs. Dani for the cabanas was really looking out for us. In the spa all...

"Not what I expected!! Food was mediocre. No selection at all. Cafeteria food to make it more easier understand!! Pool bar was slow at serving after tipping well. Shower drain was clogged, fan made noise and couldn’t sleep with it on!! I paid for an ocean view and the room next to me I think was a storage unit or something because it smelled like paint in my room and I got a headache. I won’t ever stay there again!! "Invasive sales, they jump you trying to sell you packages every 10 minutes, even when you say no they keep trying making you feel pressed, the restaurants are max 10-20 tables and theres approximately 1000 suites, so you cant even find a table, even though its an “all inclusive” and we should all enjoy the same benefits equally and they strictly say “no reservations allowed” if you offer them extra money they even close full restaurants for you, we tried to visit the argentina restaurant and...
