"Staff were super sweet and helpful! I would definitely stay here again if I just want to get away without breaking the bank. The reason for my 4 stars is the amount of sales people trying to get you to join their membership program, sale you a massage, sale you jewelry on property…etc. The food and drinks are mediocre and the “all inclusive” package is very confusing since quite a bit is not included. Theres a “Starbucks” thats not included, theres top shelf alcohol not included and every...

"The hotel is in a good location but has no beach access. The pool is not too big but was kept clean. Room was a bit outdated, especially the furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was prompt, especially the housekeeping team. Dining needed much improvement - the Mexican options were pretty bad. The pool music was also a bit loud for the small size of the compound."

"La comida es horrible, menú de comedor industrial que lo puedo tener en mi trabajo, siempre lo mismo y opciones muy baratas para comer. Gimnasio cerrado sin avisar por parte de la propiedad. El hotel en plena remodelación sin acceso a todas sus amenidades y sin dar aviso antes de obtener este paquete.
Los restaurantes temáticos horrible el sazón y platillos, aún y siendo temático ofrecen platillos baratos y de muy baja calidad
Un hotel que jamás volveré a pisar"

"The staff at the front desk were amazing as far as being friendly and professional. But it stops there. I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked an upgraded room with a hot tub overlooking the ocean. But I got a tub with plastic around it surrounded by a brick wall with falling brick tiles. When I asked for the correct room, the staff informed me that they were all booked and offered another room but it was in a lower category and only had two smaller beds. This didn’t work for me and my husband...

They even have house cats that hang out in the front, so sweet! They have breakfast but no dinner. Some places are close enough to walk."
