"Our stay was truly amazing, from my first interactions with Juan Carlos and Maria at the front desk they ensured myself and guests were checked in (earlier than expected) and given fantastic suggestions for things to do throughout our stay. Ernesto ran activities and he was a JOY to work with, never thought I could like aqua games that much. Last but not least I want to thank Ernesto at the Bites Bar, he made sure each day spent by the pool was relaxing and full of drinks and food! I highly recommend the resort if you plan if you want the best inclusive experience possible."
