"The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. "

"Would I stay again hands down. Been place paid a lot more and got a lot less. Food selection on the area was limited. Thought the food at location and around it pricey . Definitely in the tourist zone. But if you find the grocery supermarket this was the place to spend at. If you don’t drink (hard alcohol prices), want quiet and a gorgeous view and scenery in Cancun. This is your spot: nice quiet tucked away location. 👍👍"

"Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular.
The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure...
