Khách sạn Puerto Morelos

"Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world."

"A very nice budget hotel"

"Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

"Must see resort"

"The resort itself was nice enough, somewhat dated, but the grounds were clean, the landscaping was beautiful, the pools were well maintained and there were plenty of sitting areas all throughout the property. We took our toddler to the kids center, and while the staff was lovely, a lot of the toys had missing pieces, or needed the batteries changed. The space itself was nice, but there didn't seem to be as many interactive toys or games as I would have expected. They did have a kids disco night...

"It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal"

"We had an amazing time would definitely go back"

"Tiene una excelente ubicacion. Todo queda cerca, cebtro comercial, lugares para comer y sobre todo la playa."

"Clean room, professional staff, clean pools"

"On arrival I found the beach to be ankle deep in foul smelling seaweed. The pool was a construction zone with a film of cement dust covering all the pool chairs and the water. It was completely unusable. No attempt had been made by the hotel to inform me about this in advance. After numerous discussions with the reception staff eventually they moved me to another much better property of their 20.minutes walk from the downtown. I suggested they clean the seaweed themselves but they said it was...

"Lovely hotel which was very clean and in a fantastic location by the beach. A special mention to Graciela at the coffee shop and Daniel who seemed to work many different jobs, all with a smile. I recommend this hotel as it was great for my family. We went during low season so the restaurants weren’t always open and there wasn’t shows every day. Saying that, the Aladin show and the fire show were amazing and so were the activities put on by the entertainment staff. For vegans, there is plenty of...

"The ocean had a lot of red algae so we couldn’t swim in it, but the pools were amazing, so it really didn’t matter. Beautiful property!"

"Clean room, nice staff, kid friendly, family friendly. Irving was extremely attentive and helpful to us all!"

"This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

"The people that were working were nice but it seemed like certain workers didn’t know certain things we came for a 25 year wedding anniversary and also me and my wife birthday weekend the property is nice the pool the beach and my favorite was the Ro Marley restaurant I was upset when I made reservations for a certain day just to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open when I had called and made reservations and told them that we’re there celebrating birthday. There was supposed to be some type...

"Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo."

"The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay."
