Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shreveport South Park Plaza by IHG
The hotel was clean and well appointed. Soundproofing of the room was excellent. The front desk staff was uniformly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help me get a safe refrigerator to put some expensive injectable medication in overnight.

Horseshoe Bossier City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
Hotel room was really nice. The staff at check in and check out were super nice and helpful and the process took maybe 10 minutes total. The casino was lively and clean and the food in the hotel was a 10/10.
